THE REAL
WOLF COUNTRY U.S.A.
"Just A Howl Away From Anchorage"
"WOLF COUNTRY U.S.A. located in Alaska, north of Anchorage. A Gift Shop, Wolf Tour, Gold Panning, RV Camper Park and more......"
Much more. These pictures were taken by a tourist in July of 2001, and they show the REAL conditions - those that are NOT shown on the puppy sales website.

What's wrong with this picture?

Great environment?

What a life for a wolf.......

Pacing is a sign of extreme boredom and/or nervousness.

Happy to see the tourists.

An enriched life.

"I'm so happy I could just pee. It's about all I have to do."

Hole Sweet Hole

My house, my bed, my entire life...........

There are 40 to 50 adult animals living out their lives in this kind of environment. Do you see any wagging tails? Languishing on the ends of chains, these animals' entire existence/entertainment is having tourists gawk at them. What do they do in winter when there are no tourists? You as the tourist get to pay $8. to see exactly what you see here.
So, do you want to buy a "wolf cub" from these people? Got $900. to $1200. for a "pet"? If you get one, what will happen to it? Will it live out it's life on a chain like it's parents? Wolves and high content wolfdogs do not make good housepets.
